Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in CFA francs (XOF). The amount shown at checkout is the order amount, excluding any fees charged directly by the customer’s bank or operator.

Payment is processed by FedaPay using available methods, including Mobile Money and cards. English With Sika neither receives nor stores full card numbers or Mobile Money secret codes.

Digital delivery

After payment confirmation, a secure link is displayed and emailed to the address provided. The customer must ensure that address is correct. The link remains valid for 72 hours and can be renewed from the order confirmation page.

If a file is unavailable, incomplete or corrupt, contact yourenglishcoach.bj@gmail.com with the email used and payment reference.

Resource licence

A purchased resource may be used personally by the buyer and, for a teacher, in their own classes. It may not be resold, shared publicly, uploaded, transferred to another school or included in another product without written permission.

Coaching and live sessions

Dates, times, duration, group capacity and access details are those displayed on the booking page. A booking is confirmed only after all requested steps are completed. Participants are responsible for their connection, equipment and punctuality.

Requests to reschedule or cancel must be sent as soon as possible. Specific terms displayed during booking supplement these terms.

Availability and conduct

English With Sika may correct, improve or replace a resource and temporarily interrupt a service for maintenance. Abuse, unlawful sharing or attempted fraud may lead to access suspension, without limiting rights provided by law.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Benin. In case of difficulty, customers should first email yourenglishcoach.bj@gmail.com to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, competent courts may be approached under applicable rules.
